Must reflect managerial and leadership ability, impeccable written and verbal communications skills, detail, and goal oriented. Extreme proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Provide high-end support for the Executive Director. Review incoming and outgoing documents, perform necessary research, prepare reports, supervise assigned staff (receptionist), edit documents, oversee staff time sheets, and vacation schedule. Reports to the Executive Director.

Program Coordinator: TBH

3- 5 years’ experience in related field.

Must possess strong organizational & leadership skills. Oversees arts/life skills programs, janitorial and kitchen staff. Manages supplies and inventory.
